More information on the Soviet space program.

Nick Stevens has done a huge amount of work researching the N1 for his 3D renderings. See his N1 site for some amazing pictures.

The Russian space development company Energia has information on the N1 on its web site. (This is as close to an official N1 site as there is.)

Marcus Lindroos' The Soviet Manned Lunar Program is a shorter description of the moon race from the Soviet perspective and provides a good introduction.

Mark Wade's Encyclopedia Astronautica has an extensive description of the N1 program, broken down into two parts. Part 1 covers the early project, 1955-1960 and Part 2 covers the actual flights and contortions of the project.

Anatoly Zak's RussianSpace.com has a more complete view of the Soviet space program and is excellently organized.

Dan Roam's Deep Cold is a beautiful site with information and pictures on the space race, past and present.

Greg Bondar's N-1 Photo Clearinghouse has many photos of the people, facilities and rockets.

Edwin "N Odin" Cameron's It Wasn't Just A Moon Race has more pictures and the moon race story.

Anatoly Zak's Spacecraft: Manned Moon Program has a nice sequence on the manned space program.
